Oh my stars this day has been brilliant. The Caverns have been unlocked, the Fat Dragon Props are next and the new stretch goals from Lord Zsezse Works are amazing. Seriously they are beautiful. It really changes the game, literally. After that at $8,000 are Dwarf Mecha! Let's kick this up a notch!

Sweeet! At this point (with Paypal) we are at $7900. Just about to the Dwarf Mecha! Let's see if we can get past the Dave Graffam Walls and onto the Treasure Trove of 100 game cards.

Final 42 Hours!!! We are so close to 9,000 and the Dave Graffam Walls! We are at 8721 with Paypal!
I'm hoping more people will hop on board (as they are doing, we were at 8289 at 9 am) and we can get to the Treasure Trove. 100 game cards ... I'm going to have my friends over and we are going to come up with 100 super awesome ideas for traps, treasures, events, etc. Should be a blast!

Oh my, it's been quiet. That means I've been busy. Tons of new minis out the door soon to fulfill the Lord Zsezse Works Kickstarter. They will be available on RPGNow once they have been sent to backers (minus the KS only stuff though). I'm cutting the printouts and troubleshooting. Yikes it's a lot of work, but 3 sets is a lot of minis. Then on to the Beta rules next week. I think the issues with the organization have been pretty much fixed, but that will be how you can help to make sure it's in the order that best explains the game and gets people playing quickly. I missed out on this KS and regret that I hadn't even gotten word of it until very recently. Would I still be able to get in on it post-KS, or would I have to wait until it's released? Either way, no worries; I plan on supporting DD when it's released. I rocked the demo using the basic rules tonight and will be doing a tutorial and a few batreps via my YouTube channel very soon. Hey all. Backers should have the Beta Rules and the Beta Rules Appendix now. I'm just collecting feedback, editing and getting this ready as a release for the end of this month. More updates to come.

In the meantime I have a few questions. The game cards will have B&W print friendly versions (that you could colour in yourself if you like), but for the coloured versions I was going to have blue for the background of the character cards. Character Cards: For the Opponent Cards I was thinking either Purple or Red. Purple? or Red? Ideas? Comments? Questions?

I downloaded the images that you put up of the Character Cards. They look really nice. I took the B&W card and made a blank card to fill in with the info from the appendix. Here is what I have in case anyone else would like to do the same.

I went through the appendix and I noticed that some of the opponents have blank spots in their stats. The Scarecrow has a blank in Damage Mod. The Manticore has blanks in both the HtH Mod and the Ranged Mod. The Orc Chief has a blank in the Ranged Mod. Other than those small problems, the information is great. I will print the cards out on Business cards after I get them correct. Thanks for all the hard work you have put into this.

I also have been considering the write-ups. I have to decide how to record the information on the character cards. Initially I was just putting modifiers on the cards, but now I think I need to indicate how the modifiers are gained (Talents and weapons). The thing is that in play testing people were confused and added the Talent AND the modifier on the card effectively doubling the effect accidentally. So... I am wondering what I should do. It's sort of something I've been going back and forth on for the past couple of days. What do you think?
