It's just that PayPal is almost as evil as Facebook, Google and Amazon.
Tried, but PayPal won't let me proceed and won't let me create a new account or log out (another one of those companies that tries to keep you permanently online so they can skim data. I'll do a CCleaner run and try again to create a new account. More than one way to get around the companies that give the internet a bad name.

Try using your browser in "incognito" mode. That way, it will not give the site you're visiting any previously saved data/cookies. It won't save any tracking data either.
