Just finalizing some lists at the moment and writing up some new power descriptions.
Enhancement Tweaks that modify powers positively will be referred to as +Tweaks
Alternate Tweaks Area Armour Piercing Aura Autofire Cone Continual Effect Delay Empower Enhanced Knockback Exceptional Effect Explosive Independent (proxy) Indirect Range Shockwave
Limitation Tweaks that modify powers negatively are referred to as -Tweaks
Ability Check Activate Concentrate Conditions Cool Down Gesture Identity Dependent Incantations Limited Power Linked Power Library Proxy (focus) Range Limit Side Effects Teamwork

Yes. What is completed is as follows: Character Generation Options including: Random, Modified Class and Origin, Points. New powers are almost done. I just need to hear back from some folks on these and to see if I'm not just overlapping what you can already do with existing powers. The Tweaks are done. That is, how to modify existing powers, for both good and ill to fine tune them. What needs completion is: Advanced Gear Creation rules. I'm a bit hung up on some math at the moment and some inconsistencies in the original Basic book that were a few hold-overs from the playtest rules. Theatre of the mind style play advice. This won't take too long to figure out, but I want some better rule-tweaking. So not too much left really. School starting up (I'm a high school teacher) and my mom being hospitalized has really hampered some of those last two efforts. I'm really pleased with the alternate character creation systems and the tweaking rules though.

I understand things being hampered. Haven't been able to play DnD at all this summer since A) My son was out of school, and B) Been working on getting my mother's house cleaned out and ready to sell. Hopefully in the next week or two will be able to do some gaming.
Where are you having issues with the Gear Creation rules, out of curiosity?

Hopefully in the next week or two will be able to do some gaming. Where are you having issues with the Gear Creation rules, out of curiosity? It's just keeping the numbers consistent at the moment. After some minis I will be back to working on this. If all goes well it should be cleaned up and ready to go very soon.

As far as I can tell it will be the end of the week or next weekend before this is out. I'm happy that I've taken the time to work on this. Today I wrote up a 1974 AMC Gremlin and an Abrams Main Battle Tank. There were some obvious issues, but it helped sort some things out. It's not quite ready, but getting so much closer.
