John Carter and Space 1889 I would more readily call retro-sci fi. Steampunk to me is more about the victorianisms and tech, not the fantasy elements. Weird Wars 2. Hmm.. I'm sort of stumped. I had considered it as a line, but really don't know what I could bring to the table. Undead coming up in the next Serene Fist set. More undead coming up later next month.

A good initial set for WW2 would be Allied Troops v Nazi Zombies Not your typical undead in the Serene Fist line....

How about Cthulhu stuff? Investigators, cultists, various creatures of the mythos - dimensional shamblers, nightgaunts, deep ones, serpent men, ghouls and ghasts, shoggoths, etc.
I just love your style of illustration, and I know you'd do the elder gods proud. I'd even be willing to pay you a sum of money in advance to make a set or two of this kind.

How about a line of 25mm figures for Traveller? Specifically the alien races.

Hey Herb, sadly I don't have any affiliation with Traveller or the license related to Traveller. That's a really good suggestion though. I am considering some tweaks to future Whiplash Trigger Western releases that might allow for "Fireflyesque" miniatures.

Hi and kudos. I just bought a bunch of your figures and they are fantastic. I'm particularly into Pulp RPG gaming, but it is surprisingly hard to find good paper figures for the genre. You'd think that the pulps would be easy since they include almost everything (so yay for the whiplash trigger stuff, ninjas and even the retro scifi). But pulp heroes are still hard to come by. Archetypal character figures I'd love to have would include male and female versions of ... Noble Savage (Sheena, Tarzan) Masked avenger (The Shadow, The Spider, Phantom Detective) Paragons (Doc Savage) Gadgeteers and Mad Scientists Detectives (Sam Spade, Philip Marlowe) Mystics (Mandrake, Chandu) Aviators (G8 and his flying aces, Sky Captain) Archaeologist Adventurers (Indiana Jones, Rick O'Connell) Hunters and explorers (Alan Quartermain) Academics (Professor Challenger) Soldiers, Foreign Legionnaires, and Mercenaries Secret Agents (Secret Agent X, Bulldog Durham) Gentleman/woman thief (Raffles) Reporters Priests and Nuns etc. They could pull double duty for use in Call of Cthulhu games (which I also play a great deal). Baddies would also be a treat, including Gangsters, Fascists/Nazis, Communists, Alien invaders, Machine gun toting gorillas, Nameless spawn of nameless gods (ala Cthulhu) Doomsday devices Mutants Mad scientist experiments gone wrong Radio controlled alligators or other animals Robots Jet pack commandos Mummies Cultists Dinosaurs Reanimated dinosaur or other bones etc. The problem (and wonderful strength) of the pulp genre is that the villains can literally be anything at all. Anyway its all food for thought. You'd definitely have one buyer at the very least (since it was the pulp potential of your existing sets that got me to lay my money down in the first place).

In an attempt to resurrect this thread a little...
Other than expanding the Retro line (robots FTW!), I also vote for Two-Fisted Pulp stuff. Just looking at the lines of metal miniatures you can see how much potential there is, from Indiana Jones to the Rocketeer, and everything in between.
Other than the usual, popular stuff, two sources that I think would rock are: -The Red Panda from Decoder Ring Theatre (http://decoderringtheatre.com/), which interestingly to us in the area is Toronto-based and -Daring Tales of Adventure by Triple Ace Games, modules for Savage Worlds that can be found on RPGNow and others.
I've got the Red Panda books and have listened to most of the 'radio episodes' online, after meeting Gregg Taylor at FanExpo a few years back. I also have most of the Daring Tales modules, even though I don't RP.
It's a great genre and I think it would make for some definite awesomeness with your art style.

New to the forum after being blown away by the whiplash trigger figures. Wow!
I have two line requests, 1960's - 70's spys. Bond, the professionals, Jason King, the Saint and the Man from U.N.C.L.E etc to game with 7TV. And some retro style French Indian War types, Last of the Mohicans, more 1950's TV than 1990's movie! Maybe Daniel Boone and Davy Crocket too.
Keep up the good work!

I've just been looking over this request list.. some really cool ideas I should get working on. Bazza, I think you will like my Spot of Bother line. I'm looking at UK TV and cinema from the 60s to the 80s.

Can't see if it was mentioned already, but the cast from Combat! would be a great small set, sort of like the Gilligan's Island cast.

I have three sets for Spot of Bother slated for first quarter release in 2013. I am having a blast drawing them. I don't know the order of release yet.
