My collection is growing and while I remember a figure I saw, I do not always remember what file it is on.
So I am looking for advice and suggestions and tips and tricks....
I am curious how do you organize, track, and catalog your electronic files?
Do you try to track each individual mini? Only organize by subject matter? Do you rename files or run an excel sheet?

I organize my binders by what I need and what goes together. Electronic files? I don't really. I just put them in a folder of "working files" and "finished files".

I can see that, for you the different sets are working files or finished files. LOL
For me, what is happening is my collection has grown quite fast. Between the free items, the items I have picked up from the Bundle of Holding, and the sets I bought off of DriveThruRPG I have quite a few files. And several different genre to boot.
I am thinking of renaming files to make the subject easier to track, but beyond that, how to organize is unclear to me.

My collection, while growing, feels more under control. I have been organizing it and that helps quite a bit. I am also printing out various figures so it feels less like a digital pile nd more like a personal digital library. Now to get moving on printing them out.
