Beasts and Barbarians Layer Saving Question

Ok, so I go through all of the options with the layers in my PDF, creating the unique minis I want. Now I want to take the file to Staples for printing. How do I do it?

How I do I save just the variant sheet I created using the layers as a unique PDF file?

Sorry if I am missing the obvious.

I would suggest creating a new PDF of your chosen combinations by using print as PDF. The resulting PDF isn't editable, but will print as nicely as the original PDF.
It's also a pain to make this type of PDF. That's why I don't have too many like that.
