Umberto. I am so frustrated that I don't have this out already. Sure, post away. Sadly the set won't be AS flexible as I want it to be (layers in the software to create PDFs just won't do what I want it to do as envisioned), but I am going to have a bunch of options per figure so it will have a large variety of character options. This is my next set and I want to get it out as soon as possible while still making it innovative and awesome.

Jamey, I'm hoping no news is good news here. David

The orcs on boars is drawn, just not scanned and coloured. It will appear soon.

Jamey, this is the first I've heard of this. You may need to contact DRivethrurpg. I will upload the files if I need to, but as far as I can see it looks like it's still there. I had someone buy it Jan. 28 and 10 have been sold so far this month. Let me know how this works out for you. Seems to be a problem between you and the website.

Alloydog, I prefer the piggy-nosed orcs as well.

Well, the endless layer pdf just doesn't seem feasible. That said, I'm putting my nose to the grindstone to produce a phenomenal number of options for this set. It will be a big one.

Sue, that's really cool. I may have to take you up on that. I'm only an hour away from Toronto. Small world.

Hey Arkcaver. Yep, you got it. I will have to make that a bit clearer in future iterations of the ruleset. Randomly determine another spawning point your Katana School Girl appears on after spending a GT. The game itself came from a Space Station escape game I made quite a few years ago that I really enjoyed playing. Let me know how the game goes for you.

Great to hear Sue! I may very well expand the Schoolgirl collection. People have responded very well to this set. I'll have to make sure I do proper research on Naginata wielding. Are people OK with the more "Anime" flavoured releases in Serene Fist? I half considered making an Anime line, but I don't want to spread myself too thin or get too pigeonholed.

I have decided to create a work journal for this set. So far I have two figures to scan and sort out details. I think as this is a very complicated set for me to produce that I will be recording a behind the scenes journal for lots of reasons but mainly so that I can document the process required to work out these issues.
To start, I am going to list the figures required for this set. Each figure will have three heads, three torsos, three leg sets and two weapon options. I will also have an "extras" layer of some kind for further customizing.
1. Northlander Barbarian (Male) 2. Amazon (Female) 3. Cairn Lord Warrior (Male) 4. Jademan Monk (Male) 5. Valk Archer (Male) 6. Imperial Mercenary (Male) 7. Ivory Tribesman (Male) 8. Lotus Master Alchemist (Male) 9. Bandit (Male) 10. Thief (Female) 11. Gladiator (Male) 12. Tricarnian Noble (Male)
So far the art for the Barbarian and Amazon is drawn. I will scan it today and draw three more figure sets, most likely in the order on this list.
Exciting.
